About the FOUNDER + CEo

Tiffany Coles has been educated throughout the Philadelphia school system just about her entire life. Living in the city, she was exposed early on to various lifestyles individuals were subjected to exist in, and she recognized how privileged she was in spirit, love, and possessions. 

Very early on, Tiffany was regarded for her own kind spirit and giving heart — frequently bagging her old toys to give to children less fortunate, or simply desiring to support each person she encountered in any way necessary. That trend and spirit carried her to want to get together a group of her girlfriends in August 2019, and see what magic could be created from brainstorming together. 

Creating a welcoming yet inspiring #BabeCave allowed room for the manifestation of Bosses Give Back on August 19th, 2019 and with the help of 9 friends and her mother, BGB was born. 

Envisioning a platform to promote positivity and an army of beautiful and distinguished women performing service is what I see when I close my eyes and think Bosses Give Back. It is imperative to give back to your community and those less fortunate. Through empowerment, opportunity, and service I know we will make our mark and leave a legacy to be proud of.
