Arms of Alpha Day of Service

Every Thanksgiving Day, the brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated host their annual Arms of Alpha Day of Service performing service in their local community. We served with the men in 2019 at the Broad Street YMCA in Philadelphia to provide Thanksgiving Day meals, toys, and clothing to those in need before spending time with our families.

SENATOR SHARIF STREET

After connecting at an event at Enon, Bosses Give Back found common ground with Senator Sharif Street’s campaign in May 2025 when invited to serve as their Welcome to Wellness presenter. The month’s theme, “Community is Wellness,” offered attendees a sense of fellowship and renewal. As Senator Street’s Deputy, Aissa Richardson, shared, “the opportunity to slow down changes the way I approach my work and my health in the long term.”

Continuing our partnerships, Senator Street’s Office invited Bosses Give Back to table at his 4th Annual Community Baby Shower in July 2025, which drew more than 300 attendees. Families left with everything they needed for their new babies 一 and a sense of community support! These programs have sparked a lasting relationship with the Senator’s team, there’s always excitement on both sides when BGB connects with “Mr. District Three!”
