Why Not Prosper Donation Drop-Off

With our Winter Donation Drive, the Babes of BGB assembled personal care packages for all of the women at Why Not Prosper, Inc. Why Not Prosper is a re-entry home for women returning from incarceration located in Germantown Philadelphia, run by Reverend Michelle Simmons. Home to maximum 25 women, and an average of 10-15 we assembled some special kits for all of the women to enjoy + provided the facility with an abundance of overflow supplies on Thursday evening for their next residents. 

We enjoyed praying in with the ladies, hearing some of their stories, and seeing the smiles on their faces once they realized the gifts were for them. At BGB, that’s what it’s about and we hope everyone has seized an opportunity to #giveback this season!
